Legbots for Organizations
Organizations purchase Legbots Assist devices outright at $2,499 per device. A device can be used by multiple people, each with their own profile. Legbots+ gives the organization performance and usage data for each user profile on that device.

- Your organization, on one page. Sessions, time moving, steps and distance, added up across every device.
- Every figure with its trend. Set against the period before, in plain words.
- Time moving, day by day. Each day with its own figures.
- Notes this week. Plans, set-ups and weekly tests to look at, in one list.
- Every mode, in its own color. Time, share and sessions for each mode.
- Strengthening, left leg and right leg. Reps each week, for each leg.
- Each device. Its use, its modes and the profiles on it.
- Each profile, against its own earlier weeks. Never compared with anyone else.
- Trends: each measure over the period. Each day on one chart, against this profile’s own earlier figures.
- Modes and time. Every mode this profile used, and for how long.
- Strengthening, each leg. Every exercise, with its reps for each leg.
- The weekly test. Taken in the app with the motors off, compared only with this profile’s own earlier ones.

- Every view and download, logged. The access log cannot be edited.
Pricing
Legbots Assist
Founders price $2,499. Planned regular price $3,999.
Legbots+ Enterprise pricing, per device per year
Enterprise: $600 per device per year, up to 15 user profiles.
Enterprise Unlimited: $1,200 per device per year, unlimited user profiles.
- Billing is per device, per year. One organization can have devices on both plans.
- The first six months of Legbots+ are included at no charge from each device’s delivery date. Profile changes during those months cost nothing.
- After that, each device continues automatically, plus sales tax where it applies, and each year’s plan is set by its active profiles when we send the renewal notice: $600 for 15 or fewer, $1,200 for more than 15. We send that notice at least seven days before each charge, and you can cancel or change it in your account.
- If a device on the Enterprise plan goes over 15 active profiles during a paid year, we email you, and seven days later charge a one-time $600 difference, plus sales tax where it applies. The device keeps its renewal date, is not prorated, and stays on Enterprise Unlimited for the rest of that year.
- Going back to 15 or fewer profiles during the year changes nothing until the renewal. Nothing is refunded or credited.
- Devices delivered on the same day are billed on one invoice.
- Profiles can be added or removed at any time in your account.
Privacy
User profiles can be created using a coded identifier rather than a name, if your organization chooses. Your organization holds the key.
Legbots receives performance and usage data, and what is entered in the app when a profile is set up (a name, sex, age, height and weight), which the app uses for its calculations. Your organization never sees what was entered there.
A person’s data is shown to your organization only after they agree to it in the app. Washington Privacy Notice.
Custom sizing
Your organization can order sizes that are still in development, such as smaller frames and straps, before they are released to the public. Contact orders@legbots.com.
