1. What Legbots+ is

Legbots+ is how you keep using the Legbots app's data features after your free period. How long is free, and what it costs, depends on how you got your device (§2).

What Legbots+ covers is everything the app shows you about your own movement: today's figures, each session, your weekly measurements, your history and how it has changed, and the reports you can put together and share.

What never stops, whether or not you have Legbots+: your device, and the app controls that run it. You can still connect to it, choose a mode and set how much help you want, and do your weekly measurement. Legbots+ is about your data, not about your device.

If Legbots+ ends, your figures, your history, your reports and anything you share with family or anyone else you choose all stop. Nothing is deleted. Your data is kept under the Privacy Policy and it all comes back the day you start Legbots+ again.

Whether or not you have Legbots+, if the law of the state you live in gives you the right to a copy of the personal information we hold about you, you can ask for it as the Privacy Policy describes.

2. What it costs

$250 a year, plus sales tax where it applies. Legbots+ is billed through Stripe, our payment processor, as a yearly subscription.

If you bought a device, by paying in full or with a deposit order: your first 12 months of Legbots+ are free from delivery, with 2 user profiles. After that it renews automatically at $250 a year, plus sales tax where it applies, charged to your saved card or Link account (on a deposit order, the one you saved with your deposit), until you cancel. We email you 3 to 7 days before the first charge and before each yearly renewal, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. Cancel any time, including during the free months (§3). Your device keeps working without it. You agree to this with its own box at checkout, and your order confirmation repeats it.

If you return your device or cancel your order, or you choose a full refund for a shipment lost in transit, Legbots+ ends with it and you owe nothing for it.

If you are a member: Legbots+ is included while your membership is active. There is nothing extra to pay and nothing to cancel. If you buy your device during a membership: Legbots+ continues at $250 a year plus sales tax from 12 months after your device was first delivered (or from the day you buy, if those 12 months have passed) and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account. You agree to this with its own box when you buy, and you cannot buy without it.

If you are an Organization: Legbots+ is billed per device, per year. It is included at no charge for 6 months from each device's delivery, then continues automatically, plus sales tax where it applies, charged to your saved card or Link account, unless you cancel.

• Each year's price for a device is set by its active profiles when we send the renewal notice: $600 for 15 or fewer, $1,200 for more than 15. So a device can move up or down from one year to the next, and one organization can have devices on both prices.
• We send that notice, with the price and the charge date for each device, at least 7 days before each charge, and you have those days to cancel or change it.
• Devices delivered on the same day are billed on one invoice. Devices delivered on other days may be billed separately.
• If a device on $600 goes over 15 active profiles during a paid year, we email you, and 7 days later we charge a one-time $600 difference, plus sales tax where it applies. The device keeps its renewal date, nothing is prorated, and it stays at $1,200 for the rest of that year.
• Going back to 15 or fewer active profiles during the year changes nothing until the renewal. Nothing is refunded or credited.
• During the free 6 months, profile changes cost nothing. The price is set at the first charge.
• Removing a profile frees the slot. Plans are per device: you can cancel on some devices and keep others.

3. Canceling

Cancel at any time in your account, including during your free months, without contacting us. You can also cancel in the payment portal linked from your account (each reminder email links to your account), or by emailing orders@legbots.com. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you are in, free or paid: your Legbots+ features stay available until then, and nothing more is charged.

We confirm every cancellation by email. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, tell us. Your cancellation still counts from the day you sent it. Reach us in your account or at orders@legbots.com.

If a renewal payment does not go through, we try again and email you. If it still cannot be collected, Legbots+ ends and you owe nothing more for it. Your device keeps working and receiving software updates, and you can start Legbots+ again at any time.

4. Refunds

We do not refund part of a year already started, except as §6 says. An organization's one-time difference for a device that went over 15 active profiles (§2) is not refunded either. We may change the Legbots+ price for future years: we tell you before your renewal, and you can cancel first. The price of a year you have already paid never changes during that year.

5. Your device works without it

Legbots+ is an app subscription. Your Legbots device and the core app work whether or not you subscribe, and canceling never disables the device.

6. Changes

Price. If we change the price, we tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before you are charged the new price.

Features. Legbots decides which Legbots+ features there are and may add, change or remove them. Removing a feature gives no refund or credit.

These terms govern Legbots+ only; the Terms of Sale govern your purchase and the Membership Agreement governs your membership. If these terms and the Terms of Sale or the Legbots Organization Addendum conflict about Legbots+, these terms win. While a membership is active, the Membership Agreement wins on Legbots+ for that member.
